We are closed daily from 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM.
It is the policy of our practice to see patients by appointment only. Urgent visits for illness and injury are available daily. Please schedule well care visits in advance to ensure the ideal time and date are available.
Please let the front desk know how you would like to receive your appointment reminders. We are able to text, email, or call.
A parent or legal guardian must be present for well care/physical appointments for patients under the age of 18.
Insurance and Billing
Healthcare insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of medical treatment. Please familiarize yourself with your specific policy by contacting your benefits office or by calling the phone number listed on your insurance identification card. You should be aware of any deductibles, coinsurance, and co-payments, as well as non-covered services.
We currently participate in the following insurance policies:

- Amerigroup CHP
- The Empire Plan
- Emblem Health
- Horizon (PPO only)

We DO NOT accept BC/BS Pathway, BC/BS Blue Priority, BC/BS Blue Access, Straight Medicaid, UHC Community Plan, UHC Compass Plan, Amerigroup Medicaid
Co-payments and balances are due at the time of service. We accept check, cash, and credit card (American Express, Visa, Discover, or Mastercard) as forms of payment. For your convenience, you may also pay online by credit card in your patient portal.
Please check in with our office at least one week prior to your child’s appointment with a specialist so we can ensure that all the necessary paperwork has been completed. There are some specialists and services that need prior authorization and require more time for medical review.
If you are a current patient of ours, it is best to email through your patient portal. Email communication is for non-medical, non-urgent messages only.
If you have a medical concern regarding your child please call the office immediately.
